Build your own goes beyond Business on at least one of sites, sessions or team.
Yes — one site, 1,000 sessions a month, 14 days of history, and every core report included. No card, and it does not expire.
A visit, not a page load. One session covers everything a visitor does until they have been inactive for 30 minutes, however many pages that spans.
Nothing breaks and nothing is billed without you choosing it. Mo keeps collecting, shows a notice when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit and emails you once at 100%, so you can upgrade when you choose.
Drop-off alerts by email, the journey evidence report — a PDF or CSV summary of funnel and field drop-off over a period you choose, for outcomes monitoring such as the FCA's Consumer Duty — and priority support. Every core report stays on every plan.
It is Business, £129 a month, plus what you add beyond it: each site beyond 10, each 25,000 sessions a month beyond 50,000 and each person beyond 5. Each extra is priced in bands that get cheaper as you buy more, so it never costs less than Business. If Pro or Business already covers your numbers, the card says so.
Yes, any time, on the Billing page: Change plan moves between Pro, Business and a plan you build, charging the difference now or crediting it to your next bills; Manage billing cancels. Cancelling keeps your plan to the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. Data older than Free's 14 days is hidden, not deleted, so upgrading again brings it back. Prices are in GBP, with VAT added where applicable.
If your visitors are in the UK or EU, almost certainly — analytics storage is not strictly necessary under PECR. Mo supports this directly: it reads and writes nothing until you grant consent.
What visitors type is never sent; for dropdowns, radios and checkboxes Mo records which option was chosen, and you can turn that off per field. The labels Mo reads to name elements are redacted in the browser before they leave it.
One script tag. Mo finds your steps, fields and buttons itself, so there is nothing to tag and the first session usually arrives within seconds.
